Producing enough food, and providing housing and a healthy lifestyle for a global society, creates enormous challenges for growing populations – it is recognised that the environment and natural resources need to be preserved and therefore food production needs to be sustainable. A One Health approach is required in order for food production to be sustainable and for ensuring environment stewardship.
The One Health Knowledge Bank recognises that sustainable food production and nutrition requires One Health approach, which is why we have chosen to highlight Food Production and Nutrition content.
